Welcome to Apologetics Ark ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions cover the Apologetics Ark mobile app, the website https://www.apologeticsark.com, and our online store, all operated by Apologetics Ark LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Use of This Website and App
This website and app are provided for informational and educational purposes related to Christian theology, apologetics, and biblical study, and offer optional ways to financially support the ministry.
By using them, you agree to:
* Use the content lawfully
* Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or misuse the website or app
* Not use the website or app for unlawful or abusive purposes
2. Content Use
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website and in the app is free to be shared for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.
You are welcome to:
* Share articles or excerpts
* Link to content on this site
* Use material for discussion or teaching purposes
We simply ask that content is not misrepresented and that proper credit is given when possible.
3. Contributions and Support Payments
Apologetics Ark offers visitors the option to financially support the ministry through one-time gifts and monthly support plans ("Contributions").
* All Contributions are voluntary.
* Apologetics Ark is a limited liability company (LLC), not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions made through this website are not tax-deductible.
* If you would like your gift to be tax-deductible, you can give through our home church, Retta Baptist Church, at https://onrealm.org/Retta/give/ApologeticsArk. Gifts made there are received by Retta Baptist Church for the Apologetics Ark fund and receipted by the church.
* Contributions are gifts made in support of the ongoing development of Apologetics Ark. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a Contribution.
* Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments and, where selected, PayPal. We do not store your payment card information.
4. Monthly Support Plans
* Monthly support plans ("Mission Supporter" plans) automatically renew each month until canceled.
* You may cancel at any time by logging into your member account on this website and visiting the My Subscriptions page, or by emailing us at info@apologeticsark.com.
* Cancellation stops all future charges. Cancellation does not refund charges already processed.
* We reserve the right to modify or discontinue support plans at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any material changes.
5. Refunds for Contributions
Contributions, whether one-time or recurring, are generally non-refundable. If you believe a payment was made in error, was unauthorized, or was charged in the wrong amount, contact us at info@apologeticsark.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method. Store orders are covered in Section 8, and in-app plans in Section 7.
6. The App and Your Account
You can use much of the app without an account. If you create one, give accurate information and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (My Ark, then Delete Account).
7. Pro and In-App Plans
* Pro and the in-app Support the Mission plan are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
* They renew automatically until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account, and you manage or cancel the plan in your Apple or Google account settings.
* Canceling stops future charges; the current period stays active until it ends.
* Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
* We may change or end features or plans and will give notice of material changes.
8. Store Purchases
Products in our store are made to order by our print partner, TapStitch, and shipped directly to you. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Delivery times are estimates.
Where We Ship: we ship to most of the world. As a U.S. business, we cannot ship to places under U.S. trade embargo. Right now that includes Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is correct and is not in one of these places. Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and fully refunded. You are responsible for your country's import rules and for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged on delivery. Packages refused or held at customs cannot be refunded.
Returns: Because each item is made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email info@apologeticsark.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund.

The content on this website and in the app reflects theological interpretations, opinions, and teachings based on Scripture.
